Sanitation Lead

What you’ll do

• Assist the supervisor in leading the sanitation team and completing assigned duties.
• Participate in deep cleaning and sanitizing floors, walls, and food production equipment using the seven steps of sanitation.
• Support post-operation inspections to check cleaning effectiveness.
• Help ensure the master sanitation schedule is completed consistently.
• Prepare cleaning solutions according to site instructions and training.
• Identify and report possible repairs and complete other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications

• High school diploma.
• Prior cleaning experience preferred.
• Access to a cell phone and email.
• Valid driver’s license.
